Flossy was founded by two people who have spent their careers at the intersection of healthcare and technology, and who couldn't stop thinking about how AI could transform the dental front office. Flossy was founded by two serial entrepreneurs who ran into the same frustrating experience trying to make a dental appointment as a new patient. Finding the right dentist was confusing, getting through to their office took days of phone tag, and treatment required multiple visits that could have been consolidated. They both felt the same thing: dental care delivery was overdue for innovation.
Miles and Steve had spent their careers building health-tech companies that simplified healthcare for practitioners, patients, and payors. So instead of accepting the problem, they built a solution: assembling a team with decades of experience in medicine and technology to create an AI platform purpose-built for dental.
